This is a big bug fixing update! Hence the 1.2.0 version number

Overhauled and fixed UUID conflicts, gear should no longer overwrite each other's effects, get OP!

Fixed IOI (Item on Item) implementation and logic to prevent incorrect items using scrolls. Can no longer use an armor scroll on a sword!

Overhauled the Mystery Scrolls dropping from spawners to be more stable, configs not featured in this update.

Added in Tag checks for armor, and an armor whitelist.
