Updated mod to Version to 26.1.2

Cleaned up some no longer used effects

Got Rid of the chance to get a nether star in lucktale block loot table
Replaced netherite ingot with astronaut food in lucktale block loot table
Replaced allom ingot with allom nugget in lucktale block loot table

ReDone the Broken Crate block to not drop everything loot has been re adjusted and added and removed
Fixed the skeleton loot table to be more in line with the original loot table and skeletons will always drop 1 dust
