Undergrounded Beacons

Beacons keep working when the sky above them is blocked: no beam, but the effects still apply.
Underground Beacons
Build your beacon wherever you want: in a cave, under your base, beneath a ceiling. It keeps working even when its view of the sky is blocked.
What it does
- The pyramid is detected and its tiers are counted as usual
- The beacon screen opens normally so you can pick your effects
- Effects are applied to nearby players at the normal rate
- No beam is rendered when the sky is blocked
Beacons with a clear view of the sky are left completely untouched.
Good to know
- Server-side: install it on the server, clients do not need it. In single player, install it like any other mod
- No configuration, no new blocks or items
- A buried beacon does not play the activation sound and does not grant the "Bring Home the Beacon" advancement
