v1.3.0 - hotfix 1

- Fixed a bug which prevented rare Basic crates from spawning in the Overworld if the value of new game rule is below 100 (the main bug was fixed long ago, but I overlooked this particular type of crate). Please report any bugs and suspicious things you encounter so that I may fix them quickly
