[NoCube's] Undergarden Delight (A Farmer's Delight Add-on)

Backport of Undergarden Delight 2.0.0 (+hotfix 2.0.1) from Neoforge 1.21.1 to Forge 1.20.1!

Differences from the NeoForge 1.21.1 version:

• Removed features that are unavailable in Undergarden Forge 1.20.1 (Rogdorium Knife, Ancient Root Cabinet, Puff Mushroom Colony, Denizen Mask cutting recipe)
• Disabled Depthrock Knife entity interaction range change (unsupported in 1.20.1 Forge)
• Changed the texture of Utherium Knife to match 1.20.1 this version
• Changed some item names/descriptions in Russian translation to match 1.20.1 version
• All recipes, tags & etc are changed to work with Forge.
• Mushroom Colonies have custom placement, because Undergarden mushrooms can't grow on rich soil or compost in this version.
