00.03.00    Initial Release co-ordinated with other mods using jrfshare package
00.03.01    Fixed strong-power bug. Changed material to "circuits" so it drops from any tool.
00.03.02    Distinguished sounds for different fan speeds.
        Fan now blows XP orbs too. Fixed version restriction.
00.04.00    Abandoned 1.8.8 compatibility in shared code (all mods)
00.04.01    Added Goat, a new animal that aggressively eats leaves and plants

00.05.00    Upgraded to MC 1.10.2 (Should've been 01.00.00);
        Fan now rotates horiz facing when right-clicked.
