Unbreaking Fix

Fixes the unbreaking scaling on armor in 1.16.5

Normally on Minecraft 1.16.5 giving an armor item unbreaking doesn't care about the level of the enchantment. This mod makes it so that the chance for an armor item taking durability damage scales with the level of unbreaking, essentially fixing the enchant.
