Changed the block check to be a block tag instead of a hard requirement for a Block of Netherite, meaning it can be changed with tags.

Changed the unbreakable logic to be a boolean instead of a double.

Everything is effectively the same by default, just a method to change the block and a better statement of unbreakable.
