Stop leads (leashes) from breaking. No matter your speed or distance from the leashed entity, the lead will never break.

Leads will never break again!

Features:

Removes all instances of leads breaking (besides the target mob dying)
- Stop leads from snapping due to being too far away from the target
- Stop leads from snapping due to moving too fast (primarily elytra flight)
Mute the lead break sound effect to avoid sound clutter
