## Ultra Cell 2.0.0

### New
- **FE tooltip**: shows used percentage (e.g. `已用12.345%`)
- **Fluid & chemical cells**: new external-storage cells with per-type capacity limits
- **Ownership system**: auto-binding on inventory pickup, `/ultracell trade` and `/ultracell transfer`
- **Command system**: `/ultracell getuuid | recover | scan | trade | transfer | debug`
- **Orphan recovery**: `/ultracell recover` restores cells from orphan `.dat` files

### Fixed
- 10 bug fixes found during testing

### Compatibility
- Existing 1.0.0 saves are compatible (FE cells unchanged)
- For fluid / chemical cells, this is a new feature, no existing data affected
