Bring a mysterious piece of Minecraft: Story Mode into your Minecraft world!
Ultimate Nether Star is a Minecraft mod that adds the mysterious Nether Star seen in the background at the end of Minecraft: Story Mode — Season 1, Episode 8: A Journey's End?
This is one of those small details from Minecraft: Story Mode that caught my attention, so I decided to recreate it as a mod!
One thing I want to make clear is that I have absolutely no idea how they got this Nether Star or where it originally came from.
It appears in the background near the end of Episode 8, but I don't know its backstory, how it ended up there, or why it was there in the first place.
I simply thought it would be interesting to bring this mysterious object into regular Minecraft.
Ultimate Nether Star 1.0.0 has files for the following versions:

Make sure you download the correct file for your Minecraft version and mod loader.

What you want the mod to add or change.
What Minecraft version you want it made for.
What mod loader you would prefer.
Any special features you would like included.
I currently use MCreator 2026.2 and MCreator 2024.4 to create my mods.
Because of this, your requested Minecraft version must have a compatible plugin available for at least one of those two MCreator versions.
If your requested Minecraft version does not have a compatible plugin, I will try to make the mod for the closest Minecraft version that I can support instead.
Please keep this in mind when submitting suggestions!
I cannot guarantee that every suggestion will become a mod, but I am happy to hear your ideas.
