Ultimate Banking System v1.2.0

This release includes all changes since v1.1.0.

Major additions

• Added full Payment Terminal system:
  • placeable payment_terminal block
  • handheld payment terminal item
  • success/denied/idle visual states
  • terminal config UIs and merchant account targeting
• Added Bank Teller GUI + service workflows for account opening and payment instruments.
• Added Credit Card issuance and replacement support with validation and account-linked payments.
• Added U.S. coin legal tender support (penny/nickel/dime/quarter/half-dollar with front/back textures).
• Added/expanded client screens and payloads for terminal/teller/handheld flows.

Improvements

• Money abbreviations now do not round up and keep up to 2 decimals.
• Handheld terminal save now validates max price against config:
  • GlobalMaxSingleTransaction (default 50000)
  • exact max is accepted, above max is rejected with clear feedback
• Restored Shift + right-click to open handheld config.
• Improved GUI layering/spacing behavior across owner PC, ATM, and terminal/teller screens.
