What's new
Ubiquitous Chests 1.1.0
Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge · Java 17 · Install on both client and server.
- Added Advanced Loot Info compatibility, tested with ALI 2.4.0 and Advanced Core Info 1.4.0. The chest page includes configured items and referenced loot tables.
- Added
loot.lootTables: a list of ordinary loot table IDs. Each unique table is rolled once and merged with the configured items. The default is an empty list, preserving existing loot. Setitems = []to use only external tables;minRollsandmaxRollsapply only to items. - Missing, invalid, cyclic, excessively deep, or chest-context-incompatible table references are skipped with a warning.
- Added
config/ubiquitous_chests/loot-tables.txt, generated when a world/server loads and after/reload. It groups loaded ordinary loot tables by namespace/mod and lists their types, chest-context compatibility, and source packs. It excludes simulated loot, trades, global loot modifiers, predicates, and item modifiers. - JER now receives server-resolved referenced loot for its preview, including server datapack changes. ALI retains the full standard reference tree; JER retains its existing simplified display limitations.
- Fixed UTF-8 processing of Chinese mod metadata.
Replace the previous JAR and restart. Existing configuration files gain the new empty list automatically. ALI/ACI and JEI/JER remain optional. For ALI's server-synchronized loot pages, install ALI and ACI on both client and server along with a supported client recipe viewer.
Verified in production Forge with actual ALI and JER client pages, login and reload synchronization, nested loot functions, reference validation, standalone operation, and higher-priority datapack overrides.
