TZO's Additions

changes:

Sickles 

• functions like a sword with a slightly lower attack speed
• When held in both main and off hand the attack speed of the player will be faster
• Swiper enchantment increases the attack speed furthur 

Rune table

• allows you to craft carved runes to apply to any armor pieces to give them special effects, these effects have cooldowns between uses and have different triggers, stacking the same rune reduces the cooldown between all pieces.
• Endure rune = rune + piglin banner pattern
• repulsion rune = rune + creeper banner pattern
• grave rune = rune + skull banner pattern
• ward rune = rune + bordure indented banner pattern
• verdant rune = rune + flower banner pattern
• chevron rune = rune + guster banner pattern
