Your health gets randomized if you have stripped acacia wood ANYWHERE in your inventory

Turn poison into regeneration (and vice versa)

Set you on fire for 1 hour if you're within 16 blocks of a cow

Spawns a creeper if you're standing on coarse dirt

Gives you levitation 50 for 5 seconds if you're in a sparse jungle

Pushes you backwards if you're moving

Pushes you upwards if you're falling

Pushes you downwards if you're ascending

Switches your x and z coordinates then teleports you to the surface if you're in a dripstone cave

1 in 1,000,000 chance you'll get an achievement and a ton of xp
