Exactly what it says on the tin: You are able to craft a spellbook that shoots rather fast fireballs. Each fireball costs 1 durability, which regenerates over time. The book has 5 durability. Additionally, it is immune to fire and lava.
The fireballs won't damage blocks if mob griefing is turned off.
Feel free to put this mod into any modpack you'd like! Additionally, you can use it in servers, just don't claim you made it ofc.
