Updated to New Twitch API

Fixed error logs of authentication attempts made between September 12 11am PT and September 13 3pm PT containing sensitive information (see https://github.com/blay09/TwitchIntegration/issues/25 for details)

- This issue only affected users who have tried to connect their Twitch account to Twitch Integration between September 12 and September 13 and only if they shared the resulting error log publically.

- ALL access tokens have been revoked a few minutes after the first error log (and currently, only one as far as I know) containing the sensitive information was posted. This means even if they have been shared publically, they can no longer be used to gain chat access.

- The files with the issue present have been removed from CurseForge (although, alongside with the revocation of all access tokens, all further authorization attempts will also fail before an access token is even created).

- The issue has been resolved starting from this version, and extra measures are now put in place to filter out the secret token from the log should somehow find its way in there again.

- If you do not need to be able to type to Twitch chat from Minecraft, enable "Anonymous Login" instead of clicking "Generate Token", which will give you read-only access to chat without the need to connect your Twitch account.

The new API also brought new scopes; access tokens created from now on will only be able to read and post messages to chat (excluding bit cheering), and no longer be able to execute moderator actions. Whispers are currently not included, but will be coming back as an optional permission in the future.
