Added New Tree Type: Red Maple

All diamonds and diamond blocks in the Alluminite recipes have been replaced with iron ingots and iron blocks.
Reinforced Obsidian now requires Reinforced Alluminite Ingots to be made.
Woods can no longer be mixed and matched.
Tool types for all woods(including vanilla) have been added; the tools have the same stats as normal wooden tools.
Catalpa planks texture has been slightly modified for better aesthetic.
