Twilight Winter Items

A config/additions mod designed to be used with my modpack "Twilight Winter". This mod cannot function how intended when used independantly, as all crafting recipes are managed using KubeJS.

CONFIG ITEMS & GENERATION
This mod adds two new features:
A new item "Netherite-Tungsten Charge", which is an alloy charge between netherite dust and tungsten dust.
Additionally, it makes it so Ancient Debris can spawn in the overworld below Y-level -45.
Netherite-Tungsten charge alone is not a obtainable item, nor does it do anything. That is due to the fact that the crafting recipes for it is set up using KubeJS within my modpack "Twilight Winter".
