# Twilight Spark's Delight License Terms

This document describes the complete licensing terms for Twilight Spark's Delight / 暮光农家乐 (the "Mod"). If this translation differs from the Chinese license, `LICENSE_zh_CN.md` controls.

## 1. Source Code

The Mod's source code is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (`CC BY-NC-SA 4.0`).

You may share and adapt the source code while complying with its attribution, noncommercial, and ShareAlike requirements. The legal code is available at:

## 2. Art and Model Assets

Except for art assets reused from modern versions of Twilight Forest, the Mod's original art and model assets are All Rights Reserved (`ARR`).

Copyright in each original asset is jointly held by xy177 and the applicable creator. Asset creators include FallenSnow21, L_CangS, and thousvillages.

Except where this document expressly grants permission, or where the relevant rights holders provide separate written permission, these ARR assets may not be extracted, modified, relicensed, sold, or used in another project.

Art assets reused from modern Twilight Forest are excluded from the ARR claim above. Their copyright and permitted use remain governed by their original rights holders and upstream license terms. This document does not relicense those third-party assets.

## 3. Redistribution

You may redistribute the Mod, but you may not impose any additional commercial charge connected to distributing, obtaining, downloading, collecting, installing, or providing technical assistance for the Mod.

Prohibited charges include, without limitation:

- download fees;
- manual collection fees;
- assisted installation fees;
- technical assistance fees;
- file-hosting maintenance fees;
- requiring the purchase of a file-hosting membership or any other membership service;
- charges under another name that are effectively required to obtain or use the Mod.

This redistribution permission covers the ARR assets only while they remain part of the complete Mod package. Separate use of the source code remains governed by CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

## 4. Modpacks and Servers

You may include the Mod in a modpack, except in any of the following cases:

1. Any payment is required to download or play the modpack itself.
2. The modpack is free, but a map required for normal play must be purchased separately.
3. Items from this Mod can be traded in the modpack or on a server using virtual currency that can be purchased, exchanged, or recharged with real money.

A modpack or server meeting any condition above may not include, distribute, or use the Mod.

## 5. Unofficial Ports

Unofficial ports may be made only after obtaining relevant prior permission from the Mod author. Permission is not automatic and must be obtained before publicly distributing the port.

There is one permanent exception: the Mod may not, and will never be permitted to, be ported to the Bedrock Edition distributed through Minecraft China Edition and used to generate charges of any kind. A general porting permission does not waive this prohibition.

## 6. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted by this document or CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 are reserved by xy177, the applicable asset creators, and the relevant third-party rights holders.
