Hints: A Saint's Left Arm is required for Tusk Act 1. Hitting a mob from over 10 blocks away gives the chance of unlocking Act 2. Then while in combat, you have a chance of unlocking Act 3. If you are riding a horse, you must throw a Steel Ball under you at the horse in order to launch yourself off, giving you Tusk Act 4.
