Turtle Wizard's Mythological Enchanments

Adds 4 new enchantments -Blessing of Hermes: When applied to boots it gives you jump boost but when applied to leggings it gives you a speed boost -Sea Strider: Gives you a speed boost, jump boost, swimming speed boost, and night vision when in contact with water -Smite of Poseidon: When striking someone (it has a chance that increases on tier) they have slowness applied, if they have water breathing its removed, and they have oxygen removed if they are under water -Soul Steal: When killing an entity you gain 0.5 a heart (1.5 on tier 3) and spawns a soul speed particle at the dead entity Added one particle -AnimatedBubbleParticle Changes to existing to mod elements -Changed the texture for MagmaWalker effect -Tweaked how the seed drops for Blessing of Demeter
