-Smite of Zeus: Has a chance that scales with tier to strike an opponent with lightning
-Zapping Thorns: Has chance that scales with tier to strike attacker with lightning
-Scorching Thorns: Has a chance that scales with tier to set attacker on fire
Adds 1 creative category for the Fire Grimoire and any items added in the future
Adds two particles (Lightning Particle and Ignited Soul Particle) to complement Lightning Strider, Smite of Zeus, Zapping Thorns, and Scorching Thorns
