Turrets can only be placed on bases.
The mod adds 5 types of turrets:
Arrow Turret: Uses arrows
Cannon Turret: Uses ammo
Flamethrower Turret: Uses coal
Rocket Turret: Uses rockets
And the best: Tesla Turret, uses redstone
Also, 3 bases, each provides regeneration to 1 turret and:
Stone: +0 resistance
Iron: +2 resistance
Diamond: +4 resistance
To recharge a turret, open the base interface and add ammo or use hoppers/pipes. The turret will notify you when it's out of ammo.
