Tundra Dragon (Dragon Survival Add-On)

-Tweaked various visual and sound effects.
-Thick Ice now requires 10 levels invested to hit the maximum 20% resistance.

-Removed some NBT checks from shatter.
-Shatter will now generate particles on targeted entities during the ability charge.
-Shatter should no longer be able to erupt long-expired icicles.
-Shatterable icicles now produce a few particles to make themselves more evident.
-Shatter should also no longer disarm valid icicles across the world when you use it.
-Hopefully fixed issue where shattering certain modded entities disconnected you from the game.

-Adjusted some ability descriptions.
-Added a water drop particle effect to show when you're suffering from the already-existing hot environment penalty.
