Patch Notes:
Tundra dragons now have an end spawn platform.
Frigid Breath has been split into two abilities: Frigid Breath and Blizzard.
Frigid Breath deals damage and inflicts Frostbite.
Blizzard impacts the environment it hits, spreading ice on water, placing snow on blocks, etc. Blizzard is also the ability used to freezerburn meat.
Freezerburnt meat now has an intermediate state between fresh and freezerburnt. Chilled meat provides more hunger and saturation than normal meat, and is created when fresh meat is hit by some Blizzard, but not enough to freezerburn it.
