Tuba Gaoren

Removed the restriction that only one Tiejiu can exist in a single world/dimension.

Monster eggs and /summon tubagaoren:tiejiu are no longer canceled by EntityJoinLevelEvent.

TiejiuUuid and TiejiuDefeated in old save files will be ignored, no longer locking out subsequent summons.

A separate Tiejiu encounter will be created each time a Tubagaoren dies.

Drop events and death events share the same encounter marker, preventing duplicate spawns.

主要修正：

移除鐵久的「一個世界／維度只能存在一隻」限制。 生怪蛋與 /summon tubagaoren:tiejiu 不再被 EntityJoinLevelEvent 取消。 舊存檔中的 TiejiuUuid、TiejiuDefeated 會直接忽略，不再鎖死後續召喚。 每次土巴高人死亡都會建立一個獨立鐵久遭遇。 掉落事件與死亡事件共用同一次遭遇標記，不會因此重複生成兩隻。 目的區塊會先載入，再檢查鐵久完整 4.2×11.2 格身體空間。
