-Update 3.6.0 --More stuff update

--Added a new machine tier

--Added new effects for the elemental fragments

--Added a new config option allowing the player to use the pre-1.9 combat system

--Made the boss fights harder, Lords will teleport to the nearest player if they have been standing still for too long, or will de-spawn if no player is within range

--Nerfed the movement effects of the fragment of wind, it was by far the best tool before

--Fixed a few issues with the tech power system

--Fixed the Lords not rending in multiplayer
