TryHarderrr's Portable Enderchest

This one is a full rewrite. The older versions used a second hidden inventory
that got copied back and forth to your ender chest, and it could end up out of
sync. 2.0 throws all of that out and just opens your real ender chest directly,
so it is always the exact same items as any ender chest you place in the world.

New in 2.0:

- The item is an actual 3D ender chest in your hands now instead of a flat icon.
- It opens and closes the way you'd expect. Your hand reaches over and lifts the
  lid when you right click, the lid stays up while the menu is open, and it drops
  shut with a sound when you close it.
- New recipe: a ring of 6 obsidian with 2 shulker shells on the sides and an eye
  of ender in the middle.
