What's new

- Added option to log EVERY block interaction, and with what item it was done. Disabled by default.
- Fixed doors/levers/buttons only be logged for ops. Whoops.
- Did some minor adjustments, to be compatible with the latest Forge version.
- Changed the allowed Minecraft Versions to 1.9.* (Was previously 1.9 EXACTLY.) to make it officially compatible with 1.9.4.
