What it does

Epic Fight applies its own combat and behavior patches to most living entities, including the Ender Dragon. This can interfere with mods that replace or heavily modify the dragon’s AI, leading to broken phase transitions, invulnerability bugs, or softlocks.

This mod disables Epic Fight’s mob patching for the Ender Dragon using its built-in datapack system, ensuring that:

True Ending (or other dragon overhaul mods) fully control dragon behavior
Dragon phase transitions work correctly
Invulnerability and perching logic remain stable
No Epic Fight AI interference occurs for the dragon

How it works

The mod injects a simple Epic Fight mob patch override:

for the Ender Dragon via Epic Fight’s epicfight_mobpatch data system. This prevents Epic Fight from modifying the dragon while keeping all other mobs fully compatible.

Technically, you can achieve this by simply making a datapack. But for single-player players, it's a hassle to add this to all your worlds. With this, simply drag and drop the .jar file to your mods folder and it will work across all your worlds.
