TrueCraft+ Ominous Bottles

Adds an Ominous Bottle mechanic to Minecraft 1.20.1, allowing players to trigger Bad Omen manually instead of receiving it instantly.

Initial Release

- Added Ominous Bottle mechanic to Minecraft 1.20.1
- Pillager Captains now drop an Ominous Bottle when killed by a player (if another mob kills the Captain, or Captain dies from other causes, they will not drop an Onimous Bottle)
- Prevents automatic Bad Omen effect on kill
- Drinking the Ominous Bottle applies Bad Omen for 110 minutes
- Returns an empty glass bottle after use
- Designed to match vanilla gameplay behavior
