What's new
Added the Item Blocker, you can no longer use any blocked items, it will turn into a non-stackable, non-craftable item. This item was requested by JasterMK3.
Added the Tier-Down, decreases your current tier by 1.
Fixed a bug with the Tier-Up, it didn't clear the slain monsters list, it's fixed now.
BETA FEATURE: The "Tier Delivery System" is in, but currently doesn't do anything except open a GUI, the config code is disabled.
