- Debug Inventory Gamerule that lets u view the inventories of the Skinstealers, the checkbox features dont work yet

Changes
- Shield reduces less dmg on Skinstealers than it did before
- Skinstealers have 2.7 range roughly on melee attacks
- Skinstealers now attack slower than players but still decently fast to match them
- I forget what else...
Fixes
- Dropping an item no longer removes it from the entity's equipment
- probably more that I dont remember
