Makes horsemen from villager recruits able to drive wagons from trotting wagons.

How to use:**
- Whitelist the wagons in the recruits mountlist in serverconfig.
- Hire a horseman give him a horsewhip in his main hand.
- Make him mount the wagon with horse attached to it.
- Give him move or follow me command.
**IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE FORMATIONS ON THE HORSEMEN IN WAGONS IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE AND MAKE A SEPERATE GROUP FOR WAGON DRIVERS
