What is it?
It adds Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum trophies with a custom interface, animated unlock notifications, multiplayer leaderboards and player comparisons.
Server administrators can create their own trophies directly in-game and connect them to blocks, entities, players, commands or optional CustomNPCs quests.
⚠️ NOTE: Trophy Hunting must be installed on both the client and the server. In single-player, simply install it in your regular mods folder.

Trophy Types
Bronze
Common trophies for simple objectives and early progression.
Silver
More challenging trophies requiring additional time or effort.
Gold
Rare trophies intended for important or difficult objectives.
Platinum
The Platinum trophy is awarded automatically after obtaining every non-Platinum trophy in the collection.
If an administrator adds a new trophy, previously unlocked Platinum trophies are automatically removed until the new requirement is completed.
Trophies are displayed in this order:
Platinum → Bronze → Silver → Gold
Supported Objectives
Administrators can create trophies for several types of objectives:
- Mining a specific block
- Crafting a specific item
- Defeating a specific mob
- Defeating a player
- Completing a CustomNPCs quest
- Manual progression through commands
- Custom integrations through the public Java API
Blocks, mobs and players can be selected from searchable in-game lists.
Interface
Press P (configurable in options) to open the Trophy Hunting interface.
The menu includes:
- Locked and unlocked trophies
- Secret trophies
- Trophy points
- Total playtime
- Multiplayer leaderboard
- Player trophy comparison
Unlock Notifications

Unlocking a trophy displays an animated notification with:
- Trophy icon
- Trophy name
- Trophy rarity
- Smooth entrance and exit animation
- A short two-part unlock sound
Leaderboard and Player Comparison
The multiplayer leaderboard displays:
- Player ranking
- Trophy points
- Unlocked trophy count
- Total Minecraft playtime
Select another player to compare both collections trophy by trophy and see which objectives each player has completed.
Administration
Administrators can:
- Create custom trophies
- Choose their rarity
- Select an objective type
- Search for blocks, mobs or players
- Set the required amount
- Create secret trophies
- Replace existing trophies
- Delete trophies
The automatic Platinum trophy is protected and cannot be created, deleted or granted manually.

Administrator commands require operator permission level 2.
CustomNPCs Compatibility
Trophy Hunting can optionally react to compatible CustomNPCs quest events:
- Quest completed
- Quest turned in
CustomNPCs is completely optional and is not required to use the other trophy features.

Important Notes
- Install Trophy Hunting on both the client and server
- Trophy progression is validated and stored server-side
- Player progression is saved separately for each world
- CustomNPCs compatibility is optional
