This mod (plugin, patch to Minecraft source, henceforth "MOD" or "THE MOD"), by the terms of http://minecraft.net/terms is sole property of the Mod authors (Taji34 & Taji35, henceforth "OWNERS" or "THE OWNERS"). By default it may only be distributed on minecraftforums.net or minecraft.curseforge.com by THE OWNERS. THE MOD may only be mirrored or reposted with advance written permission of THE OWNERS. URL shorteners or other attempts to make money off THE OWNERS' MOD are strictly forbidden without advance written permission.
THE MOD is open source.

0. Definitions
--------------

MINECRAFT - Denotes a copy of the Minecraft game licensed by Mojang AB

MOJANG - Mojang AB

OWNERS -  Original authors of THE MOD. Under the copyright terms accepted when purchasing MINECRAFT (http://www.minecraft.net/copyright.jsp) the OWNER has full rights over their MOD despite use of MOJANG code.

USER: End user of THE MOD installing THE MOD. Anybody that interacts with THE MOD in one of the following ways:
   - play
   - decompile
   - recompile or compile
   - modify
   - distribute

MOD - modification, plugin, a piece of software that interfaces with the MINECRAFT client to extend, add, change or remove original capabilities.

DEPENDENCY - Code required for THE MOD to work properly. This includes dependencies required to compile the code as well as any file or modification that is explicitely or implicitely required for THE MOD to be working.

1. Scope
--------

The present license is granted to any USER of THE MOD. As a prerequisite, a USER must own a legally acquired copy of MINECRAFT.

2. Liability
------------

THE MOD is provided 'as is' with no warranties, implied or otherwise. THE OWNERS of THE MOD take no responsibility for any damages incurred from the use of THE MOD. THE MOD alters fundamental parts of the MINECRAFT game, parts of MINECRAFT may not work with THE MOD installed. All damages caused from the use or misuse of THE MOD fall on the USER.

3. Play rights
--------------

The USER is allowed to install this mod on a client or a server and to play without restriction.

4. Modification rights
----------------------

The USER has the right to decompile the source code, look at either the decompiled version or the original source code, and to modify it. Public distribution of modified versions of THE MOD require advance written permission of THE OWNERS and may be subject to certain terms.

5. Derivation rights
--------------------

The USER has the rights to derive code from THE MOD, that is to say to write code that extends or instanciate THE MOD classes or interfaces, refer to its objects, or calls its functions. This code is known as "derived" code, and can be licensed under a license different from this mod.

6. Distribution of original or modified copy rights
---------------------------------------------------

THE USER is subject to the distribution rights of this entire MOD in its various forms. This includes:
   - original binary or source forms of THE MOD files
   - modified versions of these binaries or source files, as well as binaries resulting from source modifications
   - patch to its source or binary files
   - any copy of a portion of its binary source files

THE MOD may only be distributed where uploaded, mirrored, or otherwise linked to by the OWNER solely. All mirrors of this mod must have advance written permission from THE OWNERS. ANY attempts to make money off of THE MOD (selling, selling modified versions, adfly, sharecash, etc.) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, and THE OWNERs may claim damages or take other action to rectify the situation.

THE MOD may be distributed in Modpacks (i.e Feed the Beast, Technic, etc.) only with advanced written permission from THE OWNERS. THE OWNERS may claim damages or take other action to rectifiy the situation if advanced written permission is not obtained prior to modpack distribution. 

Modified versions of binaries and sources of THE MOD, as well as files containing sections copied from this mod, should be distributed under the terms of the present license.

7. Advanced Written Permission
---------------------------

THE USER may only obtain advanced written permission from THE OWNERS via a permission request sent via Email to 34taji@gmail.com. THE USER must comply with all requests from THE OWNERS regarding the mod. These may include, but are not limited to:

   -Attribution to THE OWNERS
   -Requirement of a link to THE MOD thread on minecraftforum.net
   -Requirement of the download link to THE MOD to be the Official download link on minecraft.curseforge.com.

Refusal to comply with requests from THE OWNERS concerning the mod renders the permission invalid.
