Hotfix for Spartan Weaponry. Re-Added a method they weren't supposed to be using. It should be fixed on their end, but I didn't want to leave things broken.
- Fixed some rendering issues with Race Traits.
- Synced the cost for the Creative Flight Ability to avoid free infinite - flight.
- Added a Sanity check to the ability handler.
- Removed most/all Hard coded Lycanites interactions and added them to the - default config.
- cached some attribute information for races to avoid recreating them every tick.
- added a minimum clamp to player eyeheight when transformed.
- Bumped version number.
