Did a Ton of Bug Fixes

Fixed a rather bad Desync, No more spazzing Night vision on dimension change and other desync related bugs that I found.

Added a Config For the Faelis Heavy Armor List You can specify by Item ID + Meta, or Item Material, or Item Material + Body Part Type, (Head, Chest, Legs, Feet) Also added the ability to specify the weight of each Item (Examples in the default config list)

Added a toggle to make the Climbable blocks list into a blacklist where as before it was a whitelist

Added the Luck Attribute to the Item Tooltips

Goblin wolf no longer desyncs when another player dies and respawns

added configs for the Faelis Claw to use the defiled lands bleeding effect.

added a debug option in the client settings to display an armors Item material as a tooltip, Disabled by default

Added a tooltip to armor to show how much weight they give minor tweaks to the mana bar to make it centered
Misc other stuff I forgot to write down.
