(also 1.21.1-NeoForge) Makes NTGL [NukaTeam's Gun Lib] guns and Create: Gunsmithing guns usable by mobs and guards/recruits from guard-villagers, and recruits mod if they are holding them (also with spawn logic and loot integrations support)

NEW in v1.2.0: Optional Guard Villagers Support** - When [Guard Villagers](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/guard-villagers) is installed, guards can use NTGL and Create:Gunsmithing guns to attack hostile mobs or players (per Guard Villagers targeting). Guards get the same gun behavior as hostile mobs: strafing, auto-reload, and weapon-specific AI. Recruit guards with guns by **right-clicking a villager while crouching** with an NTGL/CGS weapon. Guard spawn equipment is overridden so guards can spawn with CGS or NTGL guns (35% each, main hand); when Create:Gunsmithing is loaded, only CGS guns roll. Guards and other mobs now actively pick up weapons and tools from the ground when a hand is empty. Mod icon added for the mod list.
