NEW FEATURES
Loyal Persistent Entities: Dropping a loyal item now spawns a persistent entity instead of a standard 'minecraft:item'.
Chunk Loading: This entity remains on the ground and automatically loads its respective chunk, allowing remote recall from any distance.
Item Ownership: Loyal items now track ownership, which is visible in the item tooltips.
Inventory & Mob Theft Recovery: Owners can recall their items directly from another player's inventory or from any mob with the 'CanPickUpLoot' tag.
ADJUSTMENTS & CONFIGURATIONS
Recall Delay: Added a configurable 1-second default delay after throwing a loyal item.
Input Buffer: Added a configurable 0.2-second default input buffer to queue early recall attempts during the delay period.
