Tribal Power 5.6.3 - Said Once

A fix and a polish pass. Nothing new to build; saves load as they are.

• Hints print once. With Ninjacat Skies Core, Chocobos Reborn or Shamanic Mounts installed, every hint line showed once per mod, four times over. Each mod now speaks only for its own items.
• Picked-up reagents behave. A stack the Reagent Pouch absorbs whole now flies to you with the pickup sound and counts toward the stat, instead of vanishing silently.
• Machines remember. The Resonance Mesh's band, the Stone Font's ask, the Echo Station's recipe and an emptied Pulse Resonator are saved the moment they change; a chunk unloading right after a switch no longer brings back the old setting.
• Lighter beats. The Seal Loom tests only its own recipe each beat instead of every recipe in the pack; the Ley Lens reads what the collector's tick already measured instead of sampling the field again; pouch, chalk, cell and compass tooltips and HUD bars stop copying their data every frame; the Ley sight HUD is translatable.
• Tidy-ups. Drum duels nobody finished no longer linger for the server's life; a player's placing snapshot clears on logout; a bad codex image name no longer breaks a page; a hopper on an odd face of a Rite Pedestal or Ancestral Cache no longer crashes; Tribal Power's chocobo hook no longer touches every entity that joins the world.
