Ape Mod

A Fabric mod that adds intelligent apes to the game. These apes can climb trees, break through leaves, flee when attacked, and drop valuable claws used to craft a powerful tool.

Features

The Ape

• Spawnable creature with custom GeckoLib-animated model
• Tree Climbing: Apes actively seek out and climb trees
• Leaf Breaking: Destroys leaf blocks to reach tree tops
• Flee Behavior: Jumps away and runs when attacked
• No Fall Damage: Apes are immune to fall damage

Items

Ape Claw

• Dropped by apes (1-3 per kill)
• Used to craft the Primal Axe

Primal Axe

• Instantly breaks logs and leaves (100x mining speed)
• 500 durability
• Perfect for quick tree farming

Installation

1. Install Fabric Loader (0.16.0+) for the game version 1.21.1
2. Install Fabric API
3. Install GeckoLib
4. Place the mod JAR in your mods folder

Commands

Spawn an ape:

/summon apemod:ape

Or use the Ape Spawn Egg from creative inventory.
