1. Definitions
"This Mod" refers to any and all Minecraft mods published by DollManB and their constituent parts, including but not limited to: compiled .jar files, source code, textures, models, sound effects, music, animations, configuration files, documentation, and any other assets.

"Affiliates" refers to individuals or groups who have been explicitly authorized in writing by DollManB and who have a direct creative or administrative relationship with This Mod.

"Publicly Available Assets" refers to standalone assets that DollManB has separately published with an explicit written statement permitting third-party use. Assets without such a statement are not considered Publicly Available Assets, even if accessible via the internet.

2. Reservation of Rights
This Mod is licensed under an "All Rights Reserved" model.

Without prior written permission from DollManB or Affiliates, no person may:

2.1 Modification and Derivatives
Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on This Mod;

Alter the code structure, or remove or modify any copyright notice, license notice, or author attribution;

Create, publish, or distribute modified, forked, or renamed versions of This Mod.

2.2 Asset Usage
Extract, copy, reuse, or redistribute any asset within This Mod that is not explicitly marked as a Publicly Available Asset, including but not limited to textures, models, sound effects, music, UI elements, icons, screenshots, documentation, and metadata.

2.3 Distribution and Redistribution
Reupload, mirror, repost, bundle, cache, or otherwise make This Mod or any modified version available to any third party;

Upload This Mod to Modrinth, CurseForge, GitHub Releases, Discord, forums, file hosting platforms, or any other distribution channel.

2.4 Claims of Ownership
Claim copyright, ownership, authorship, or official status over This Mod or any part thereof;

Use This Mod's name, mod ID, logo, icon, or visual identity to imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or official connection with DollManB or Affiliates.

2.5 Commercial Exploitation
Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make This Mod or any part thereof available for payment;

Include This Mod or any portion thereof in any paid bundle or commercial distribution channel.

3. Permitted Actions
Subject to compliance with Section 2, the following actions do not require separate written permission:

Using This Mod for personal gameplay without modifying the mod files;

Referencing This Mod in a server or modpack in the form of an unmodified original .jar file, provided This Mod is not redistributed or commercially sold;

Referencing This Mod in tutorials, reviews, or showcase content, provided no official endorsement is implied.

4. Termination
Any violation of these terms automatically terminates the license. Upon termination, the violating party must immediately cease all use of This Mod, delete all copies, and must not continue distribution in any form.

5. Disclaimer
This Mod is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall DollManB or Affiliates be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of or inability to use This Mod.
