Traveler's Lantern

First release.

• Press B to hang a lantern on your belt, and again to take it off. It swings as you walk, sprint, jump and turn, and clinks against your leg.
• Smooth moving light built in: a soft glow in daylight, full strength at night and underground, easing over steps and ledges.
• Works client-only on any server. With the mod on the server, everyone sees each other's lanterns, and players without the mod still get the light.
• Works with Sodium, Iris shaders and Fresh Animations' player animations.
