Travel anchors
Simply adds travel anchor block and travel staff item from EnderIO

Features:
Travel Anchor Block
Craft -> place -> give it a name -> lock -> set textute? -> use!
Actions:
- Right-click with block: set block's texture for anchor
- Right-click: opens GUI with name change and lock button
- Shift+Right-click with empty hand: unlocks
- When standing on anchor, explore nearby anchors and teleport on them by just right-click. Jump and shift also supported for elevator purposes
Travel Staff
Craft -> enchant? -> use!
Actions:
- Explore travel anchors when held and use right-click to teleport
- Use with shift to teleport on short distances
Teleportation Range enchantment
New enchantment, only for Travel Staff. Increases range for travel anchors visibility
