Immersive Vehicles - Caterpillar Pack

New Feature: Functioning D3 and D4 series digging, with articulated blades.

• Use Turn signal keybinds to rotate the blade left and right, and use headlight keybind to light the gauges up at night
• Use Clickable hitboxes to lift and lower blade - Lifting blade will deactivate the digger, preventing it from breaking any block
• Press f3+b to see where hitboxes are
       - on side stick controls, Left Front = down, Left back = up. 
       - on forward mounted stick controls, Black Lever Top = up, Black Lever Down = down

Remodels and Default Parts

Default Parts - All D3 and D4 vehicles now spawn with the parts they use.
Remodels - All D3 and D4 vehicles have had their models remastered to some degree, allowing them to both use tread systems and look less blocky
Updates - All D3 and D4 vehicles have had their jsons updated to function with the newest IV 1.12.2 version
