Transmutation Alchemy REVIVAL

This is a port and revival of the Transmutation Alchemy mod for 1.12.2.

I put this up because the closure of the original project broke all the mod packs dependent on it. This project is not monetized. Credit for the original idea of this mod goes back to its original author.
