• Fixed recovery access after a save fails during a world switch: the registered key still opens the ledger, Help and Retry save remain reachable, and editing stays disabled until saving succeeds.
• Clear the old screen's selection and draft state when the new world context can safely load.
• Added a live failed-save regression test that proves world A's paused trip survives, world B's inventory is not mixed into it, keyboard recovery works and the original trip persists after reopening.
• Retains bounded local persistence, unchanged-backup repair, accurate death versus healthy player-replacement events, explicit resume, current/last-observed count labels and explicit next-preset saving.
• Validated with 53 passing unit tests and four passing real client scenarios on Minecraft 26.3, Fabric Loader 0.20.1, Fabric API 0.165.0+26.3 and Microsoft OpenJDK 25.0.4.1+1-LTS, including a separate unmodified vanilla server.

Net inventory change is not proven consumption. No automatic inventory movement/crafting, telemetry, runtime AI or custom packets are added.

Keyboard navigation, narration text and minimum widget layout are covered. Audible narration, a full human accessibility audit, every GUI scale/display, arbitrary modpacks, internet proxies/anti-cheat, exhaustive immediate-respawn/spectator cases, long sessions and real power-loss durability remain unverified. The release label does not imply universal production readiness or guaranteed compatibility.

Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance was used. The limited CurseForge permission applies specifically to the designated 0.1.1 distribution binary. Earlier private, Alpha and release-candidate licenses remain unchanged. This changelog does not assert an upload or moderation approval.
