Modpack Translator API 0.16.1 Beta

First public beta for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge.

Features:
• Automatic translation of missing mod language entries.
• Support for FTB Quests titles, subtitles and literal descriptions.
• In-game Translation Center in the main and pause menus.
• Content selector for all mods, FTB Quests, namespaces and pending text.
• Translation provider setup and connection testing.
• Retry failed translations only.
• Persistent cache, diagnostic history and resource-pack export.
• Protection for placeholders, formatting codes, links and special components.

Important:
• Client-side only; no server installation is required.
• Translation providers are disabled by default.
• Requires Forge 47 or newer and Java 17.
• Automatic translations may require manual review.
